All our products are covered by  a 1 year warranty policy which covers any faults and subsequent repairs to our machine.

With Charterwood you will always talk to a real person on the phone who will deal with any problems in a timely and efficient way. And you can rest easy knowing you are covered within warranty and when the warranty period has expired

Motability Servicing, and Insurance.

With the Motability Scheme all repairs and insurance claims are covered in the price you pay weekly to the scheme.

Annual Service Package

With the Motability Scheme all your annual services are included in the price you pay weekly.

We also offer an annual service package to our customers who aren't on the Motability Scheme at a cost.
